India, Oct. 10 -- Giving momentum to defence and strategic ties between the countries, India and Australia on Thursday inked defence agreements during Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's two-day visit there. He held talks with his counterpart Richard Marles who is also Deputy Prime Minister. Rajnath also met Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
The key defence agreements were signed in the presence of Rajnath Singh and Richard Marles in Canberra. The pacts aim to boost interoperability, information sharing, and joint operational coordination between the two militaries.
