India, Oct. 1 -- Heavy and sudden rainfall has brought Delhi to a standstill, potentially affecting ongoing Durga Puja celebrations and Ramlila events across the city. The sudden downpour caused waterlogging in several areas, leading to traffic congestion and disruption of festive activities.
Airlines have also issued advisories, warning passengers of temporary disruptions in flight schedules.
