India, Sept. 26 -- Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh on Thursday said that Gurugram, the state's economic capital, is steadily emerging as the preferred destination for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), backed by improved connectivity and a progressive business environment.
The minister was addressing a stakeholder consultation meeting on the provisions of the upcoming GCC Policy 2025 held in Gurugram.
