India, Oct. 7 -- The Gujarat Government will observe "Vikas Saptah" from October 7 to mark 24 years of development under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by launching projects and organising events across the State, a minister said here on Monday. Speaking to reporters, State Health Minister and Government spokesperson, Rushikesh Patel, said Modi was sworn in as the chief minister of Gujarat for the first time on October 7, 2001 and then became the Prime Minister in 2014.
