India, May 7 -- Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel delivered a strong message to Government employees and revenue officials during a Chintan Shibir held at the Tri mandir campus in Adalaj, emphasising teamwork, accountability, and citizen-centric governance.

In his address, the Chief Minister cautioned officials against adopting an attitude of self-importance, remarking that the mindset of "I alone do everything" must be abandoned. He stressed that governance is a collective

responsibility and urged officers to work in coordination for effective public service delivery.
