India, Feb. 21 -- Delhi's Training and Technical Education Minister Ashish Sood on Friday announced a new "Campus to Market" Startup Incubation Policy, with an allocation of Rs 325 crore over the next five years to support 5,000 startups.

The announcement was made during the Delhi Startup Yuva Festival 2026 at Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Kashmere Gate.

Sood interacted with the top 100 shortlisted student startups during a special session organised by the Department of Training and Technical Education. He said the Government's goal is to provide structured support from the idea stage to market launch.
