India, May 21 -- The Government of India has issued a health advisory for passengers arriving from or transiting through high-risk African countries following growing concerns over Ebola outbreaks in parts of Africa.

The move comes after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the ongoing outbreak in certain regions a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), prompting countries to strengthen monitoring and preparedness measures.
