The Asansol Division of Eastern Railway organised Rail Jan Samvaad and Jan Suggestions programmes at 10 railway stations on Wednesday as part of Special Campaign 6.0, seeking passenger feedback and suggestions to improve station facilities, cleanliness and the overall travel experience.

The outreach programmes were held at Jasidih, Jamtara, Dumka, Asansol, Durgapur, Andal, Raniganj, Sitarampur, Pandabeswar and Panagarh railway stations. The initiative provided a platform for direct interaction between railway officials and passengers, enabling commuters to raise concerns, share experiences and suggest improvements in passenger amenities and railway services.
