India, June 14 -- Delhi Police have arrested four people in connection with the devastating fire in the Tughlaqabad area that claimed the lives of three individuals.

Investigators revealed that the blaze was not accidental but allegedly started as part of a plan to burn a scooter.

According to police, the accused had intended to destroy a scooter by setting it on fire. However, the flames quickly spread to nearby structures and vehicles, turning into a massive fire that engulfed the area.

The situation soon went out of control, resulting in the deaths of three people and causing extensive property damage.

Following an investigation, authorities identified and arrested four suspects believed to be involved in the incident.
