India, June 29 -- A fire broke out at a row of shops in the Vikas Nagar area of Lucknow, prompting an immediate response from the fire department. Fire tenders were rushed to the scene as thick smoke engulfed the commercial area, leading authorities to evacuate nearby establishments as a precaution.
