India, Feb. 7 -- Delhi Police have registered an FIR for culpable homicide against a private contractor and Delhi Jal Board (DJB) officials. This is in connection with the death of a 25-year-old motorcyclist who fell into an uncovered excavation pit in Janakpuri, West Delhi. Police said FIR No. 35/2026 is registered at Janakpuri police station under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The investigation is being conducted with priority.
