India, July 7 -- Manipur Chief Minister Y Khemchand Singh on Monday exuded confidence that the final voter list following the Special Intensive Revision would be inclusive and error-free, a day after the poll panel published the draft rolls leaving out 1,58,677 names.

The draft rolls were published on Sunday, following the completion of the enumeration phase of the exercise, with 19.34 lakh voters retained. Those who were not included in the draft rolls can file claims and objections from July 5 to August 4. The final electoral roll will be published on September 6.
