India, Aug. 16 -- The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear on Monday, August 17, a plea by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi challenging the Allahabad High Court order that directed the CBI and ED to verify allegations of disproportionate assets against him. A bench comprising Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana will take up the matter, according to the apex court's cause list of August 17.
