India, Sept. 6 -- A press conference was organised by the DUSU Election Committee to brief the media about the DUSU election 2025-26 schedule, prevailing guidelines on conduct, guidelines on defacement of public and private property and '1 lakh bond. It was clarified that only handmade posters are allowed for canvassing among the students and specified wall of democracy. Any act of defacement may be reported on the online portal of DUSU and on the college portal, in the case of college. It was clarified that a prospective candidate for DUSU Elections is required only to submit an affidavit and a surety bond of '1 lakh.
