India, Sept. 29 -- S Phangnon Konyak, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Nagaland, attended the Inaugural Programme of the International Conference on Delimitation in India: Balancing Representation and Federal Equity, organised by the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, at Sir Shankar Lal Concert Hall, New Delhi.
