India, Oct. 25 -- The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has dismantled a narcotics manufacturing and distribution network operating across the Delhi-NCR region, seizing contraband worth about '109 crore and arresting 26 foreign nationals.

In total, 16.27kg amphetamine, 7.9kg cocaine, 1.8kg heroin, 2.13kg ganja, and 115.42 kg precursor chemicals, valued at approximately '108.81 crore, have been seized during the course of the operation.

The estimated illicit market value of these narcotics is worth '108.81 crore, an official statement said on Friday.

The agency sleuths faced hostile situation during the three days coordinated raids and arrests and had sought help from the Delhi police.
