India, March 21 -- In a move aimed at bringing relief to the people, the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has introduced a new policy to ease the financial burden on property developers and homeowners. Now, you can get a provisional No Objection Certificate (NOC) by paying just 25 per cent of the infrastructure charges at the building plan approval stage.
This move is expected to provide relief to lakhs of people whose projects were delayed due to high upfront payments.
