India, Oct. 25 -- The Delhi Police has arrested two suspected ISIS operatives who were allegedly planning a terror strike in a high-footfall area of the national Capital, including a mall in south Delhi and a public park, on Diwali.
The arrests were made following coordinated raids in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh. According to a police officer, the accused, who share the same name, Adnan, in their 20s, were arrested from Delhi's Sadiq Nagar and from Madhya Pradesh's Bhopal.
Police recovered incriminating material from their possession, including a video in which they are taking a "vow of allegiance" for ISIS and photos of places they were planning to carry out blasts. This is the second such big arrest by the Special Cell in the past two mont...
