India, Oct. 13 -- The Dindoshi sessions court in north Mumbai has granted bail to Amar Ramnaval Gupta, an accused in a triple murder case registered by the police in May this year, after holding that the allegations against him were a matter of trial and that he had reported the incident to the police.
Hearing a bail application filed by accused Amar Gupta, Additional Sessions Judge S M Agarkar released the accused on bail against a personal bond of Rs 50,000, after holding that the defence lawyer's argument that the applicant "had acted in self-defence could not be ignored".
