Dharmendra Pradhan resigns amid nation-wide student protests
India, July 25 -- Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned from his position as Union Education Minister following a massive student protest in New Delhi over exam irregularities. Submitting his resignation to PM Modi, he wrote "I hold deep respect for the aspirations, sentiments, and rightful expectations of the youth of this country. Realising the dreams of India's young generation has been the moral resolve of our political and social life. I express my gratitude to Hon'ble Prime Minister for the opportunity given to me to serve the nation under his visionary leadership."
Reacting to the news of Pradhan's resignation, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said, "We have done it. Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned."
