India, Oct. 14 -- The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), through its Directorate of Resettlement Zone (East), organised a DGR & Corporate HR Conclave on 13 October 2026 at the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Government of Assam, Guwahati, with the objective of strengthening collaboration between the Armed Forces, DGR and the corporate sector for enhanced employment and resettlement opportunities for Ex-Servicemen (ESM).

The Conclave brought together representatives from around 40 leading corporate houses and industry organisations, including ITC, Taj Group, CII, ACCI, Aditya Birla, TVS, IIT and other prominent organisations, besides senior Army officials and representatives from DGR.
