Devotee dies after electrocution from water spray cooler near ISKCON Temple in Vrindavan
India, June 17 -- A tragic incident occurred in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, where a 21-year-old devotee lost his life after allegedly receiving an electric shock from a water spray cooler installed near the ISKCON Temple.
The victim, identified as Abhigyan Gupta from Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur district, had visited the temple with his father for darshan when the accident took place.
According to reports, the electrocution occurred near the temple's shoe stand area, where the Mathura Municipal Corporation had installed cooling equipment to provide relief to devotees from the summer heat.
