India, April 27 -- A 21-year-old food delivery worker was shot dead at close range in southwest Delhi's Jaffarpur Kalan in the early hours of Sunday after a brief roadside altercation with a man identified by the victim's family as a Delhi Police head constable.
Police said the accused, identified as Neeraj, fled immediately after the firing and remains absconding. A murder case has been registered, and teams have been deployed to trace him.
