India, Aug. 14 -- With kite flying expected to increase during the monsoon season and around Independence Day, Delhi Transco appeals to the public to fly kites in open spaces such as parks and playgrounds and should not use metal-coated manjha for their safety and smooth transmission of power because their minor carelessness can lead to major power failure, blackout, electrocution or even death.
