India, Aug. 18 -- More than 47 lakh of 1.45 crore voters (nearly 33 per cent) in Delhi will be excluded from the draft electoral roll, to be published as part of the special intensive revision exercise currently underway.

Even as the time to submit enumeration forms ended on Monday, voters who failed to submit their forms were allowed a chance to file their claims and objections after publication of draft electoral rolls on August 24.

The final voter list of Delhi will be published on October 27.
