India, June 16 -- The Delhi court has allowed NEET UG 2026 paper leak accused Yash Yadav to appear for the upcoming re-examination scheduled on June 21, even as his interim bail plea remains under consideration.

The order came after the court took up his application seeking temporary release from custody to participate in the national-level medical entrance re-exam. The court has also sought a response from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) before taking a final decision on his bail request.

Yash Yadav, who is one of the accused in the alleged NEET UG paper leak case, had moved the court seeking 15 days of interim bail. He requested the relief not only to appear for the examination but also to attend a personal family function....
