India, March 4 -- The Delhi Legislative Assembly hosted a grand Holi Milan on Tuesday, bringing together diplomats from more than 31 countries, senior political leaders, and public representatives in a rare display of cultural diplomacy and democratic fellowship. The celebration, held at the historic Assembly complex, saw participation from ambassadors, high commissioners, and members of the diplomatic corps. Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways Harsh Malhotra was also present at the event.
