India, April 10 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is planning to organise a mega cultural event at Mehrauli Archaeological Park, featuring performances by artists from across the country, officials said on Thursday.

The multi-state event, themed around Baisakhi, is expected to host around 400 guests, who will be served a wide variety of festive snacks amid music and other festivities. The final date of the event is yet to be finalised.

Baisakhi is a harvest festival celebrated in northern India, mainly in Punjab, around April 14.
