India, Oct. 18 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be launching "DDA Towering Heights," an exclusive premium housing scheme under Phase-I of the landmark East Delhi Hub - Karkardooma, the city's first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Project.

Registration for this prestigious scheme will start on October 31 and end on November 21 for 1,026 premium 2BHK apartments. The base reserve price for the flat's ranges from Rs 1.78 crore - Rs 3.09 crore and the plinth area ranges from 142 sqm - 250 sqm.
