India, Feb. 28 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Limited for the redevelopment of old staff quarters in Old Rajinder Nagar and Safdarjung Development Area with an estimated cost of '775 crore. The project will be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of Delhi Master Plan 2021.

Under the agreement, NBCC will be responsible for executing the redevelopment works as part of efforts to optimise land use and upgrade existing housing infrastructure.
