India, Sept. 6 -- The Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) innovative marketing strategy has paid rich dividends, with all 152 additional flats offered under the Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025 being booked within an hour of opening on Friday. The swift sale, expected to generate Rs 100 crore in revenue, comes after the same flats had been repeatedly offered in previous schemes since 2023 without success.

Under the extension of the scheme, 76 MIG flats at Loknayakpuram and 76 EWS flats at Narela were sold on a first-come-first-served basis. The DDA attributed the rapid sale to aggressive and innovative sales and marketing strategies implemented under the direct supervision of Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena.
