India, April 10 -- The Congress party will meet on Friday to formulate its strategy on the amendments to the women's reservation law, proposed seat delimitation and the West Asia conflict ahead of the special Session fo the Parliament from April 16-18. The Union Government plans to introduce bills implementing the Women's Reservation Act before the 2029 polls, raising the number of Lok Sabha seats to 816 with 273 seats reserved for women.

Sources said the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting will be held in the national Capital, where top leaders, including former party chiefs Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, will deliberate on recent political moves and issues facing the country.
