India, Sept. 23 -- Consumers across India heaved a sigh of relief and optimism towards their kitchen and household budget as the GST rate cuts officially came into effective. From bustling city markets to quiet rural towns, consumers, farmers and traders are all feeling the positive impact of the reforms, which have made a wide range of daily essentials and high-ticket items significantly cheaper.
