CM Suvendu promises one lakh jobs in West Bengal
India, Aug. 18 -- Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Monday offered himself to be evaluated on the anniversary of his Government's coming to power in saying he was confident of scoring score 90 percent marks in terms of fulfilling the NDA Government's promises.
Adhikari, who inaugurated a Rs 1,296 water supply project in Manbazar area of Purulia district besides promising a plethora of other developmental schemes, said "exactly one year after my Government completes its anniversary I will sit for an evaluation test and I am confident of getting 9 out of ten marks and if I score a single mark less then I will publicly apologise for my failure."
