India, Jan. 6 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday welcomed the Winter Session of the Legislative Assembly, urging both the ruling party and the opposition to fulfil their responsibilities during the proceedings.

Speaking to the media, Gupta said, "I would like to say that both the ruling party and the opposition should discharge their respective responsibilities, and there should be constructive and positive discussions here on very important issues of Delhi. All the MLAs should raise the problems of their respective areas in the House, and this session of the Assembly is called for policy and delivery, in which very important bills and discussions will take place.
