India, March 31 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday attended a grand mass marriage ceremony at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, where 51 couples were married in a State-supported initiative aimed at promoting dignity, equality, and social support for women.
The event, attended by several prominent dignitaries, focused on supporting brides from economically weaker sections with financial aid, education tools, and long-term welfare measures. "This is not merely a wedding, but a celebration of the dignity and empowerment of daughters," the CM said.
