India, Nov. 7 -- Many Delhi residents participated in the second day of the grand two-day public Diwali celebration, 'Dilli Ki Diwali - Sabse Nirali, Milkar Manane Wali', organised by the Delhi Government at Central Park, Connaught Place. With the presence of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra, the festive spirit and enthusiasm continued on the second consecutive day.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister extended her Diwali greetings to the people of Delhi and wished everyone happiness, prosperity and well-being.
