India, March 12 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday said citizens will no longer have to make repeated visits to government offices or stand in long queues for their everyday issues and instead can register their grievances on the "CM Jan Sunwai portal."

The mobile app is a unified platform where complaints related to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi Police and all departments of the Delhi Government can be registered in one place.

Citizens can also track the progress of their complaints through the portal. If a person is not satisfied with the resolution, the system automatically escalates the matter to higher authorities (appellate authority), she said.
