Centre accepts responsibility for CBSE OSM glitches, says corrective measures underway
India, May 28 -- The Centre has acknowledged discrepancies reported during the CBSE Class 12 results under the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system and said corrective measures are currently underway.
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated that the government accepts responsibility for the issues and is working to resolve student grievances through revaluation and technical improvements.
Speaking during a CBSE review meeting, Pradhan said the board has engaged leading institutions, including IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras, to oversee the evaluation technology and ensure accuracy in the digital marking process.
