India, Feb. 15 -- In a push to improve urban connectivity in Uttar Pradesh, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) has approved an 11.56 km extension corridor of the Noida Metro Aqua Line - from Botanical Garden to Noida Sector 142. The total project cost has been pegged at '2,254 crore, with an estimated implementation timeline of four years.
Once completed, the total metro network across Noida and Greater Noida is expected to cross 61 km, according to the statement issued by the Government.
