India, Feb. 22 -- Thousands of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers staged a protest outside the Congress headquarters in Delhi on Saturday. The protesters alleged that the Congress disrupted the recent AI Summit 2026 and damaged India's image on an international platform. Several protesters, including Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva, were detained by police after breaching barricades and were later released.
The demonstration was led by Sachdeva and coordinated by State Vice President and MLA Rajkumar Bhatia. According to party leaders, nearly 1,000 workers advanced past the second barricade during the protest.
