India, Aug. 13 -- The three-day Monsoon Session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly concluded with four bills passed, two CAG reports tabled, and 52 public matters raised under Rule 280. Speaker Vijender Gupta also criticised the "irresponsible attitude" of the Opposition MLAs during the session, which began on August 7 and concluded on Tuesday.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, Gupta said the House functioned for a total of 13.19 hours, in which two CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General) reports were tabled, and 52 public interest issues were raised under Rule 280. Gupta highlighted that 23 members were given the opportunity to raise public issues in a single day, breaking the previous practice of a daily limit of 10 members. Des...
