India, Sept. 6 -- Aravind VK, known on stage as Myztiq Mayaman, an Indian magician-technologist based in Columbus, Ohio (USA), has been honoured with the 2025 Merlin Award by the International Magicians Society (IMS) in Las Vegas. The Merlin Award - often described as the "Oscar of Magic" - is the world's most prestigious recognition in the field of magic. Past recipients include David Copperfield, Criss Angel, and India's own Gopinath Muthukad, who received it in 2011 in the presence of then Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
