India, Nov. 4 -- The Congress on Monday stepped up its attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with Priyanka Gandhi Vadra mocking him for frequently accusing opposition leaders of insulting the country and the state, saying he should set up a new ministry, the Apamaan Mantralaya (Ministry of Insults).
