India, May 10 -- In a major administrative reshuffle involving 23 senior IAS and DANICS officers, the Delhi Government has posted Navin Kumar Choudhary as Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department.

A services department order said the 1997-batch Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre IAS officer Sandeep Kumar will be the principal secretary of the Public Works Department (PWD), earlier headed by Choudhary.

Vikas Anand (2002 IAS), secretary to the chief minister, will also serve as Director of the Union Territory Civil Services (UTCS), replacing Bipul Pathak, besides holding the post of Secretary, Information and Publicity department.
