India, May 26 -- Delhi's public healthcare system received a major boost after Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital and Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital was awarded National Quality Assurance Standards certification by the Union Government. The certification was granted after both hospitals recorded high scores in a nationwide quality assessment process.

According to the Delhi Government, LNJP Hospital secured 95.89 percent, while Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital scored 96.72 percent under the National Quality Assurance Standards framework. The certification recognises the quality of healthcare services and hospital management systems across various departments.
