India, July 14 -- A survivor of the tragic Vietnam speedboat accident has shared a chilling account of the incident after returning to Chennai, saying the tourist boat overturned within just three minutes of setting off. The accident near Phu Quoc Island claimed the lives of 15 Indian tourists and left several others injured. The survivor described how a sudden strong wave struck the vessel, causing it to capsize before passengers had time to react.
