Manila, Oct. 22 -- Young Filipinos are set to hold an anti-corruption community prayer rally in front of the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, more popularly known as the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros, Manila next week.

In a social media post, the Manila Cathedral announced the holding of the event dubbed as the "Memorare: A Day of Lament and Prayer of Young People" at 4 p.m. on Oct. 31.

"With growing awareness and engagement among young people in the call for transparency, accountability, and good governance, let us gather in prayer and discernment, imploring the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Queen of the Holy Rosary, for our country," the post read.
