Malasiqui Pangasinan, Aug. 8 -- The Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) has recorded over PHP1.2 billion worth of damage from the recent weather disturbances.

The figure includes PHP481 million worth of damage to infrastructure, over PHP790 million damage to agriculture, and PHP4.3 million to livestock, based on the latest situational report of the PDRRMO as of 5 a.m. on Friday.

PDRRMO emergency operations center head Pia Flores, in a phone interview, said most of the damage to infrastructure was dilapidated concrete pavement, potholes on asphalt pavement, and damage to some slope protection and flood control.
