Manila, Aug. 19 -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) Walang Gutom Program (WGP) not only addresses involuntary hunger among food-poor families but also creates market opportunities for small enterprises and associations supported through the DSWD's Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).
